Robb Osinski has over 25 years of cross-industry leadership experience, including technology, finance, private equity, and real estate. He previously served as CEO of Bambu Global, a $225M+ international intellectual property development and commercialization firm. During his tenure, he secured more than 70 patents, launched 14 corporate startups and global joint ventures, and raised over $115 million in growth capital. His work has led to the development of breakthrough technologies with applications in energy, safety, defense, and scientific innovation.
The leadership transition was championed by current CEO Danielle Schmitz, who will continue with Arrayworks in a key strategic leadership role and remain on the company’s Board of Directors. Danielle has been instrumental in shaping Arrayworks’ growth over the past seven years.
