This critical business development position requires the individual to understand the complex needs of prospective clients and determine how best to apply the Company’s IT products and services to ensure the best value for the Client. The Sales Executive is expected to aggressively manage the direct sales cycle (lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, proposing, closing and initiating services). Candidates must have prior experience and demonstrated success in complex B2B sales to large corporate accounts, particularly in the Business Process Management market or Enterprise Platform Solutions space (IBM, Oracle, Appian, PegaSystems). Domain knowledge in Healthcare, Financial Services or Life Sciences is a plus. The right individual must possess self-motivation, drive, desire and personal discipline to overwhelmingly exceed sales goals and achieve unlimited earnings.
